We are currently seeking an experienced Security Operations Analyst. As part of a leading global bank, this is a tremendous opportunity to join us during a period of positive change as we continue to lead in sustainable mobility.

Key Purpose
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts, threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents. Log all alerts, incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely corrective actions or escalations.
  • Investigate new detection and prevention methods, and develop and improve security processes, including customer and project activities.
  • Stay informed about new technological and cybersecurity developments, and promote security awareness within the business.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor security tools daily and respond to events and incidents.
  • Develop and optimize security controls and tools to improve threat detection.
  • Implement new security initiatives and maximize the value of security tools.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for security incidents and requests, ensuring proper logging.
  • Assist with reporting, audit responses, and maintaining procedural documentation.
  • Promote security awareness across the organization.
  • Understand and adhere to legal and regulatory security requirements.
  • Stay updated on cybersecurity trends and obtain relevant certifications.
  • Engage with international security teams and third parties.
  • Develop, coach, and mentor team members to maximize their potential.
Skills, Experience & Background
  • Experience in monitoring, identifying, and responding to security events.
  • Experience in security controls, tooling, and threat detection.
  • Knowledge of SIEM systems, vulnerability scanning, and network traffic (TCP/IP).
  • Proficiency in Windows OS administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with current cybersecurity knowledge.
  • Experience in documenting security processes and procedures.
  • Self-motivated, confidentiality-aware, and eager to learn.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
