Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd. is hiring full-time security officers to protect the premises at Luton Airport. Multiple sites are available, with permanent roles and day, night, and weekend shifts.

A weekly pay schedule is offered with 45–60 hours guaranteed per week. You may choose day shifts or nights and weekends. Responsibilities include patrolling, monitoring CCTV, controlling access, responding to incidents, enforcing regulations, and maintaining detailed logs and incident reports.

Qualifications

• Observational skills to notice potential threats or suspicious behavior.

• Ability to assess situations quickly and make sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing buildings, perimeters, and access points.
• Monitoring CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify threats.
• Controlling access by checking IDs, logging entries/exits, and regulating restricted areas.
• Responding to incidents, investigating alarms, and taking appropriate action.
• Enforcing security policies and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating irregularities to staff.

Job description

We are looking for a number of full time security officers to start work at Luton Airport.

Multiple locations available

Permanent work offered.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £20.50 hour

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
