Job summary

Warehousingsolutions is seeking a Security Officer to cover day, night and weekend shifts in Milton Keynes. A £3,000 joining bonus is paid in September. 45–60 hours per week with options for part-time at 20 hours. Day shifts are £19.50/hour, night shifts £22.50/hour, and weekends £25.50/hour.

Weekly pay every Friday. Flexible shift patterns available. You will patrol, monitor CCTV, control access, respond to incidents and enforce security regulations.

Qualifications

• De-escalation skills to resolve conflicts peacefully.
• Familiarity with security equipment, CCTV and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling buildings, perimeters and access points to ensure security.
• Monitor CCTV and other security systems for threats or incidents.
• Control access by logging entries/exits and verifying IDs.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Enforce security policies and report irregularities promptly.
• Maintain logs and incident reports for management review.

SECURITY OFFICERST TO START NEXT WEEK IN MILTON KEYNES .

Permanent work offered.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Part time work available 20 hours per week ( 2 shifts X 10 hours )

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
