Job summary

Consultora Excelsior is seeking full-time security officers to start in Milton Keynes. The role offers day, night and weekend shifts with flexible options for working days or nights plus weekends.

Wages are £19.50/hour on day shifts, £22.50/hour on nights, and £25.50/hour for weekends with overtime paid and weekly pay on Fridays. Expect 45–60 hours per week, with responsibility for patrolling, monitoring CCTV, access control, incident response, policy enforcement, and thorough reporting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspect buildings, perimeters and access points to ensure security and safety.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems to identify threats and respond to incidents.
• Check IDs, log entries/exits, and regulate access to restricted areas.
• Investigate alarms, handle emergencies and take appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and resolve disturbances.
• Maintain logs and incident reports, and communicate irregularities to the appropriate personnel.

We are looking for a number of full time security officers to start in Milton Keynes

Permanent work offered.

Day , night and weekend shifts available

You can choose to work days or just nights + weekends

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £19.50 hour

Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £22.50 hour

Weekends and overtime paid at £25.50 hour

We pay weekly every Friday.

45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
