Job summary

Warehousing Solutions Ltd in London is seeking multiple full-time security officers to start ASAP. Permanent positions with day, night and weekend shifts available. You can choose to work days or nights plus weekends.

Day shifts 8 am till 6 pm or 8 am till 8 pm paying £22.50 hour. Night shifts 8 pm till 8 am paying £25.50 hour. Weekends and overtime paid at £28.50 hour. We pay weekly every Friday, with 45-60 hours per week guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Patrolling and securing buildings, perimeters and access points.
• Monitoring CCTV and other surveillance systems for threats.
• Controlling access by checking IDs and logging entries/exits.
• Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies.
• Enforcing security policies and resolving disturbances.
• Reporting incidents and maintaining logs and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrolling and Securing: Regularly inspecting buildings, perimeters, and access points to ensure they are secure and free from hazards.
• Monitoring Surveillance Systems: Observing CCTV cameras and other security systems to identify and respond to potential threats or unusual activity.
• Controlling Access: Checking identification, logging entries and exits, and regulating access to restricted areas.
• Responding to Incidents: Investigating alarms, handling emergencies, and taking appropriate action to address safety or security concerns.
• Enforcing Regulations: Ensuring compliance with security policies and procedures, and resolving conflicts or disturbances.
• Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining logs, writing incident reports, and communicating any irregularities to the appropriate personnel.
