Job Description:

Security Officers needed for work based in Sheffield. No experience is asked.

Start ASAP.

10-12 hour shifts starting from £18 per hour on days and £22 per hour on nights.

Overtime is paid at X1.85 the normal hourly rate; bank holidays at X2.15 the normal hourly rate.

Full time and permanent work offered with 5-6 shifts per week guaranteed.

£3000 Joining Bonus paid at the end of May 2025.

Depending on the working environment and area, duties and responsibilities will vary. In general, a Security Officer will perform the following tasks:

• Patrolling and securing the area.
• Monitoring and analysing CCTV camera footage.
• Guarding valuables in a secure area.
• Protecting the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues.
• Responding to alarms and emergencies.
• Communicating any irregularities with management.
• Keeping an incident report record.
• Following procedures for various initiatives including fire prevention, traffic control and accident investigations.
• Checking visitors in and out of the area.
• Escorting visitors around the premises.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations.
