We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Guards to join our dedicated team at Birmingham New Street Station. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of passengers, staff, and the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol station platforms, concourses, and surrounding areas
• Monitor CCTV and respond to incidents
• Assist with crowd management and passenger queries
• Perform bag checks and access control when required
• Work closely with British Transport Police and station staff
• Write clear and concise incident reports

Requirements

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guard licence
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Must be physically fit and able to work on foot for extended periods
• A calm and professional manner under pressure
• Previous experience in a transport or high-footfall environment is preferred

Desirable

• CCTV Licence (bonus but not essential)
• Experience working in public transport or busy urban location
