An opportunity has arisen for a Security Officer at Jumeirah Carlton Tower. The main responsibilities include:

  1. Monitoring entrances, exits, and public areas for unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
  2. Conducting regular patrols of hotel grounds, guest floors, and back-of-house areas.
  3. Managing access control by verifying visitors, vendors, and contractors.
  4. Responding promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances, coordinating with management and emergency services.
  5. Handling lost and found procedures securely.
  6. Assisting guests with security-related inquiries, providing reassurance and support.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience as a hotel security officer
  • SIA License
  • Security training certification
  • Police or military background
  • Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
  • Ability to handle crisis situations
