Responsibilities

Assist the Director of Golf and Operations Manager in ensuring the security and safety of the golf course, especially during afternoon and evening shifts. Main duties include:

• Patrol the golf course and surrounding areas, maintaining a visible security presence
• Monitor for suspicious activity and security breaches
• Ensure public adherence to designated pathways
• Secure the course at the end of the day by locking gates and access points
• Conduct perimeter and building checks for vulnerabilities or damage
• Coordinate with golf and security teams regarding security concerns
• Respond professionally to incidents, escalating as necessary
• Keep logs of patrols, incidents, and actions
• Understand and enforce club rules and security policies

Candidate Profile

• Experience in a golf environment preferred
• Organized, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic team player
• Flexible in style and approach
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks and member requests
