Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a security professional to protect client sites in Northampton and ensure service delivery aligns with AI instructions and safety standards.

Role requires holding a valid SIA licence, with SC clearance desirable. You will maintain compliance, complete training, and support a range of security duties aimed at protecting people and assets while meeting contractual KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience.
• SIA Licence.
• SC Clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect our customer's property, people and assets by delivering security services on site.
• Meet or exceed KPI/SLA targets to retain the contract.
• Complete required competency training and renew licences on time.
• Comply with UK law and Assignment Instructions; maintain professional conduct.
• Report hazards, incidents and follow incident reporting procedures.
