Great opportunity to work as a corporate Security Officer at a global data center in Canary Wharf!

The rate of pay is £ per hour.

You will work fixed shifts, permanent nights only. These will be working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, requiring flexibility Monday to Sunday. You will work the following hours per shift:

7pm to 7am.

Your Time at Work

As a Security Officer at this site your duties will include:

• Patrols of the site, internally and externally
• Response to any alarm activation, first aid or security breach on site
• Checking for anything unusual on site
• Monitoring the access to the site
• Report writing, including incident reports
• Health and Safety Checks

Our Perfect Worker

You will need to be aged 18 or over, a confident communicator who is a team player with the drive to provide a friendly and professional service at all times. Good IT knowledge is also key.

A valid SIA Door Supervisor Badge.

Over 1 year experience in corporate or front of house security.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Be responsive to the client's needs and work in partnership with the client and other suppliers to support the delivery of the services.

Must be pro-active in your duties, be able to work on your own initiative and work with others.

Must be able to work under pressure, be able make decisive decisions during incidents and difficult situations.

Strong knowledge of site processes and procedures, and aptitude for learning and applying such.
