Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking Security Officers to join our team across client sites in the UK. You will receive full training, a smart uniform and ongoing career development to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old for licensable role.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible and smart in appearance.
• Friendly, approachable and professional.
• Enthusiastic and motivated to do a great job.
• Experience in security or customer facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure colleague safety and provide assurance for all.
• Provide a smart, visible security presence and deterrent.
• Effective conflict management and incident handling.
• Control access and egress with routine patrols.

Your core role will include but not be limited to the following activities:

Is this you

• Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role
• Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner
• Some experience working within a Security environment and working as part of a team
• Effective people skills, able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner

Successful candidates will be required to provide original documentation for detailed screening and vetting processes. This could include the following: passport, driving licence, utility bill dated in the last 3 months, HMRC letter, original bank statement, original payslip, birth certificate or a valid share code.
