Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Security Officer for client sites in Frome. You will protect property and assets, follow Assignment Instructions, and ensure SLA targets are met. The role includes maintaining incident records and staying compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required.
• SIA licence essential.
• SC clearance desirable.

Responsibilities

• Protect client sites by delivering security services in line with Assignment Instructions and UK law.
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in the Assignment Instructions and review changes to improve service.
• Maintain compliance with policies, legal and regulatory requirements; escalate issues as needed.
• Renew front-line licences (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence 16 weeks before expiry.
• Record incidents accurately in notebooks and participate in incident reporting.
