Location: Leeds

Shift pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis

Pay rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are maintained for clients and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism and a proactive attitude. Main duties include:

1. Providing first-class guest-focused service.
2. Working as part of a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
3. Carrying out regular patrols as per site instructions, proactively identifying opportunities to assist visitors.
4. Managing incidents according to site policies and liaising with the control room.
5. Monitoring human behavior, conducting surveillance, and logging incidents.
6. Maintaining vigilance against unauthorized access and managing access control.
7. Adhering to radio procedures and working closely with the environmental services team for seamless service delivery.
