We are currently seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. This role requires a professional, proactive, and guest-oriented individual to ensure the safety of our guests, colleagues, and property, while providing a warm welcome.

1. Key Responsibilities:
2. Monitor hotel premises to ensure safety and security of guests, visitors, and staff.
3. Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
4. Conduct regular patrols and security checks across all areas of the property.
5. Coordinate with management and external agencies as needed.
6. Maintain accurate records and reports related to security matters.
7. Assist guests with directions, information, and general inquiries to enhance their experience.

Salary: £35,228 per annum + service charge, plus benefits.
