Security Officers Wanted for London

Full and part-time permanent work available.

Location: London

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis.

Pay Rate: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour.

Role Overview and Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team with professionalism. A proactive attitude is essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service.
  • Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and support all departments.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the centre as per site instructions, proactively identifying opportunities to assist visitors.
  • Manage incidents according to site policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the control room to respond to incidents, ensuring colleagues are supported.
  • Monitor and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, and incidents.
  • Maintain vigilance and ensure adherence to radio procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to deliver unified service.
