Kings Security in Holytown is hiring a Security Officer to protect client premises, assets and people. This role involves monitoring access, patrolling, and responding to incidents while maintaining high service standards.

You will be part of a team delivering a secure environment and upholding Kings Security’s quality commitments. The position requires an SIA license, strong communication, flexibility for shifts, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, including emergencies.

Qualifications

• SIA Licence or valid SIA training certificates.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communications Skills.
• Flexibility, willingness to work various shift patterns in line with operational needs.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure, especially during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and directed to the appropriate area.
• Be receptive to client concerns and resolve issues.
• Provide a high level of customer service, professionally and courteously.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with staff, visitors and contractors.
• Record daily activities and incidents on the correct documents, aligned with client and company procedures.
