Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional approach.
• Ability to remain calm and respond effectively to incidents and emergencies.
• Experience completing reports, incident logs, and security documentation.
• Good understanding of health & safety and security procedures.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Full right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable employment and address history.
• Must be a UK National and have resided in the UK for the last 5 years due to site requirements.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Security Clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a professional security service in line with site procedures and customer requirements.
• Protect people, property and assets while upholding values.
• Monitor and protect people, property, and assets.
• Conduct patrols and respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Manage access control, visitors and contractors.
• Operate CCTV, alarm, and access control systems.
• Complete reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
