LOCATION: LUTON

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis.

PAY RATE: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour.

Role Overview and Purpose:

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role will be the public face of the security team and should always act professionally. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role. Main duties and responsibilities include:

• Being an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service each time.
• Working as a team player to meet guest needs and contribute to all departments.
• Carrying out regular patrols of the center as per site instructions, being proactive.
• Looking for opportunities to assist visitors proactively.
• Managing incidents according to site policies and procedures.
• Reacting to incidents in collaboration with the control room, briefing colleagues as needed.
• Monitoring human behavior, surveillance, and logging incidents.
• Maintaining vigilance, managing unauthorized access by banned individuals.
• Adhering to radio procedures.
• Collaborating with the Environmental Services team to deliver seamless service.
