Role Overview and Responsibilities:

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of security and customer service are maintained. The role involves acting as the public face of the security team, acting professionally at all times. Main duties include:

• Providing first-class guest-focused service
• Working as a team to meet guest needs
• Carrying out regular patrols and being proactive
• Assisting visitors and responding to incidents
• Managing incidents per site policies
• Coordinating with the control room
• Monitoring for unauthorized access
• Following radio procedures
