LOCATION: LONDON

SHIFT PATTERN: Monday to Friday, Tuesday to Saturday, Saturday to Sunday, 4 on 4 off shift basis.

PAY RATE: £22.56 to £24.40 per hour.

Role Overview And Purpose

The Security Officer will ensure exemplary standards of Security and Customer Service are always provided to the client and visitors to the site. The role is the public face of the Security Team and should always act professionally. A can-do attitude is essential in this highly influential role.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  • Be an ambassador of the site, delivering first-class guest-focused service each time.
  • Work as a team player to meet guest needs and contribute to all departments.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the centre as detailed in site instructions, being proactive at all times.
  • Look for opportunities to assist visitors proactively.
  • Manage incidents according to site policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with the control room to react to incidents, keeping colleagues informed and supported.
  • Monitor human behavior, surveillance, and log/report incidents per policies.
  • Maintain vigilance to prevent unauthorized access by banned individuals.
  • Follow radio procedures consistently.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental Services team to deliver unified service.
