Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is looking for an on-site security professional to protect client sites in accordance with published Assignment Instructions and changes. You will work to meet KPIs and SLAs while maintaining safety and professional conduct across shifts.

Responsibilities include adhering to UK law, completing required training, updating Incident Reports, and renewing licences 16 weeks before expiry. A proactive, disciplined approach is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience required or advantageous.
• SIA licence is essential for frontline duties.
• SC Clearance desirable where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers' property, people, and assets by following Assignment Instructions (AI's) and site changes.
• Deliver results that meet or exceed KPIs/SLA through accountability and service quality.
• Complete required training and participate in ongoing professional development.
• Obtain and renew a front-line licence (Security Guarding or Door Supervision) and CCTV PSS SIA Licence as required.
• Comply with legal obligations and safety requirements of the role.
• Follow instructions and procedures, avoiding unnecessary challenge to authority.
• Work in a systematic, orderly way.
