What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Security Duty Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 24/7 security for Goodwood House and surrounding buildings
• Responding to alarms, incidents, and emergencies with professionalism and care
• Conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible security presence
• Monitoring CCTV and managing communications from the control room
• Supporting estate-wide operations, including events and emergency response
• Upholding the estate’s high standards and promoting our core values

This permanent full-time position involves a rotating shift pattern of 42 hours per week, consisting of two day shifts, two night shifts, followed by four days off.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for someone with:

• 5+ years’ experiencein a professional security role (preferred)
• AnSIA Door Supervisor Licence(essential); Close Protection Licence (desirable)
• AFirst Aid at Work certificate(essential)
• A validmanual driving licence
• Strong communication, conflict management, and organisational skills
