Job summary

Northern Security Ltd is seeking a Security Officer for the Carlisle area. The role requires a capable individual to work across sites, with the ability to patrol, monitor and report on security matters while maintaining professionalism and strong customer service. A valid transport option is important due to site locations.

Holders of this role will join a team offering full training, standard shift patterns and flexible working hours including days, nights and weekends.

Full Time Contract (Days, nights and weekends)

Northern Security Ltd is a well-established security provider, operating in the industry since 1998. We hold several industry accreditations and are a recognised training provider for the industry. We currently have a vacancy for a Security Officer based in and around the Carlisle area. Having the ability to work independently and well under pressure, a flexible attitude to shift work is something we value highly.

Due to location of some sites, the candidate must have their own transport.

Job Description

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Providing an onsite professional security presence
• Providing a deterrent to criminal activity, theft and anti-social behaviour
• Provide protection for customers, property and staff
• Internal and external site patrols
