Qualificações

• SIA Licence or valid SIA training certificates.
• UK SC (Security Check) clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns.
• Ability to stay calm and composed under pressure during emergencies.
• Desirable: prior experience in a similar role.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist visitors, directing to appropriate areas.
• Address client concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Provide high level customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Record daily activities and incidents in approved documents.
• Conduct regular patrols and monitor surveillance equipment.
• Control access to premises and respond to alarms.
• Coordinate with emergency services when required.
• Communicate clearly with a diverse range of people.
