Job summary

Qube Recruitment is seeking a professional Security Officer for a full-time role in Basingstoke. You will patrol the site, monitor access points, and maintain a visible security presence on a 4 on 4 off pattern, with 40–44 hours weekly.

The role requires an SIA Door Supervisor licence, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. CCTV experience is a plus, and uniform is provided.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor licence required as minimum.
• Proven communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the site.
• Monitor access and egress points to maintain security.
• Maintain a visible security presence on site.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a professional manner.
• Complete accurate incident and shift reports.
• Ensure site policies and procedures are followed.
• Deliver excellent customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
