Job summary

Alloga UK is seeking a vigilant Security Officer to join our team at the South Normanton campus. You will support security and loss prevention, and ensure adherence to HSE policies while serving across day and night shifts.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and a professional demeanour. You will monitor CCTV, control access, and respond to incidents, with overtime and shift enhancements available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support security and loss prevention across Alloga UK campus.
• Operate gatehouse duties: access control, deliveries/logs, temperature checks.
• Maintain CCTV, alarm, and fire-safety systems; patrol site.
• Assist with out-of-hours access for warehouses housing CD vaults.
• Investigate security breaches and prepare incident reports.
• Provide coverage for all operational hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Enforce HSE/PPE compliance for drivers and visitors.
• Implement loss reduction initiatives and report to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and support shift overtime as needed.
