Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a reliable security officer to cover night shifts, protecting property, people and assets in line with site AI's.

You will work to meet KPI/SLA targets, maintain high standards of conduct, and complete required training including front-line licences and CCTV where applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous security experience is required.
• SIA Licence is required.
• SC clearance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Be aware of and ensure compliance with all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Complete on-site tasks as defined in published Assignment Instructions (AIs).
• Review AI changes to improve service levels and client satisfaction.
• Maintain required licences (SIA) and stay compliant with health and safety rules.
• Follow instructions and procedures and communicate with the Security Account Manager.
• Record incidents accurately in notebooks and report to the centre when needed.
