Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for M&S in Yeovil. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming store environment while protecting people and assets, delivering professional service and reassuring customers and colleagues alike.

You will join a team delivering high standards of security and customer experience in a premium retail setting. Previous retail or customer-facing experience and strong communication are valued assets for this position.

Retail Security Officer – M&S

Location: M&S Yeovil

Salary - £13.58 per hour

Guaranteed 50 hours per week

The role

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
