Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for the M&S Swindon Mannington store. You will help create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues while protecting assets and supporting the store team.

The role is customer-facing in a premium retail setting, with 45 guaranteed hours per week at £13.96 per hour. Full training, SIA licence renewal support, and clear progression opportunities within Mitie are provided.

The role

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
