Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection are seeking experienced Security Officers to join our team at a Distribution Centre in the Manton Wood area.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off 12-hour day shifts from 05:30 to 17:30 with a payrate of £13.35 per hour. Applicants must hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence and a full driving licence, and be able to work on their own initiative.

Qualifications

• Able to work on your own initiative.
• 5-year checkable work/education history.
• Valid SIA DS or SG licence.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with members of the public.
• Greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out.
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high profile security presence.
• Knowledge of security systems.
• Check alarms and log information.
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies.
• Patrolling of premises.
• Monitor CCTV systems when required.
• Dealing with contractors.

The ideal candidate must have:

• You must be able to work on your own initiative
• Full 5year checkable work/education history
• You MUST hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence
• Full Driving Licence
