Job summary

MAN Commercial Protection in Manchester is seeking an experienced Security Officer to join our site in Manchester M27. You will greet visitors, enforce security procedures and maintain a visible presence.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA DS or SG licence, a full driving licence, and can work on their own initiative. IPSA membership and access to 24/7 support are provided.

Qualifications

• You must be able to work on your own initiative.
• 5-year checkable work/education history.
• Must hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Uniform provided.
• Access to in-house training (SIA and First Aid).

• Greet visitors and ensure relevant security procedures are carried out.
• Write accurate incident reports in a timely manner and provide visible high-profile security presence.
• Check alarms and log information.
• Respond to and deal with all site incidents and emergencies.
• Patrolling of premises
• Dealing with contractors
• Access control

The ideal candidate must have:

• You must be able to work on your own initiative
• Full 5-year checkable work/education history
• You MUST hold a valid SIA DS or SG licence
• Full Driving Licence
• Full uniform supplied
• Access to in-house training (SIA and First Aid)
