Job summary

Securitas UK is hiring a Security Officer in Swansea (SA1 5JE). The role involves protecting people, property and assets with patrols and monitoring, while delivering excellent customer service. You must hold a valid SIA licence before starting and be prepared for a 4 on, 4 off night shift from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Pay is £12.71 per hour for a 42-hour week. We value integrity, vigilance and helpfulness, and welcome applicants who fit our community guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ideally, you’ll have a valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Aged 18 or over.
• 5-year checkable employment/education history.

• Strong communication skills and customer focus.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexible to work days, nights, and weekends.

The Security Officer will work in line with site requirements and company standards, demonstrating integrity, vigilance, and helpfulness at all times. The Security Officer must hold a valid SIA licence before starting operational duties and is expected to maintain a safe and secure environment. The Security Officer will support day-to-day site operations while ensuring a positive experience for employees, visitors, and customers.

Qualifications
