Job summary

ABM is seeking experienced Security Officers for the Concourse Shopping Centre in Skelmersdale, UK. Responsibilities include patrolling premises, monitoring CCTV, and responding to emergencies while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidates must hold a valid SIA license and have strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Physical fitness and stamina to patrol and stand for long periods.

LOCATION: CONCOURSE SHOPPING CENTRE

SHIFT PATTERN: cover sickness and holiday, 10 hours per week

PAY RATE: £12.71 per hour

We are currently seeking experienced and reliable Security Officers to join our team in Telford. The ideal candidates will be vigilant, professional, and customer-focused, providing top-class security services and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned premises to prevent and detect unauthorized activities
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems to identify suspicious behavior
• Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, coordinating with emergency services when necessary
• Enforce site rules and procedures to ensure safety and compliance
• Write accurate and timely incident reports and maintain logs
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff

Qualifications

• Valid SIA license mandatory
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
• Strong observational skills with attention to detail
