Job summary

A growing security firm in Portsmouth is seeking a Security Officer to protect property and provide customer service. The role involves access control, patrolling, and monitoring. Candidates must demonstrate excellent customer service skills and hold or be willing to obtain an SIA licence. Working hours are Monday-Thursday from 17:00 to 07:00. This position is ideal for compassionate and diligent individuals who take pride in their work.

About The Role

Hourly Rate: £12.21 (keyholder position)

Location: Portsmouth PO3 5PE

Shift Pattern: Monday-Thursday 17:00pm - 07:00am

Role: Security Officer

What you’ll be doing

• Protecting our customers property and people
• Providing a high standard of customer care.
• Delivery of security duties including access control, patrolling, CCTV monitoring.
• Being an ambassador for both our customers and Atlas Security
• Dealing with alarm activation's and emergency plans and procedures
• Maintaining duty logs and reports
• Use of a smart phone and data reader for recording patrol information
