Job summary

B&M Retail in Loughborough is seeking a confident Retail Security Officer to safeguard people, products and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience.

You’ll work flexible daytime, evening and weekend shifts as part of the store team, monitor CCTV, prevent loss and report incidents, and support Health & Safety procedures.

Are you a confident and professional Retail Security Officer? Do you enjoy safeguarding people, products, and store environments while delivering a welcoming customer experience? Join our team in Loughborough and make a real difference! In this role, you’ll be trusted with responsibility and play a vital role in safeguarding the store. Working closely with the Store Management Team, you’ll help prevent loss, manage risk and maintain high standards of safety and professionalism. This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility to work across daytime, evening and weekend shifts - ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and being an integral part of the store team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Actively monitoring the store to identify, prevent and report incidents
