Job summary

A leading facility management company in London is seeking a Security Officer to ensure a safe environment and provide exemplary service. The role involves conducting site patrols, preventing unauthorized access, and supporting various functions on site. Candidates should have previous security experience and relevant licenses. This is a permanent position with a competitive hourly rate.

As a Security Officer with ISS, you will be at the forefront of creating a safe environment, protecting your colleagues and our customer's property, people, and assets by providing exemplary security operations.

The Role

• Provide outstanding front of House service
• Conduct thorough and effective site patrols
• Report all maintenance issues
• Support the Reception Desk, Loading Bay, and any other reasonable requests
• Support the Security team and it functions as a team player
• Prevent any unauthorised access
• Provide the highest level of service within your area of responsibility in line with the agreed specifications
• Adhere to all Health & Safety procedures and ensure any breaches are reported

About You

• Previous security experience
• A valid front-line door supervision and CCTV license
• Knowledge and experience with security systems and other related tech
• Great attention to detail and a consistent approach
• A team player with good customer service skills
• New recruits will be encouraged to enrol onto the relevant apprenticeship as part of their training and development
