Job summary

Mitie Group plc. is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for M&S Hertford to ensure a safe, welcoming store environment. The role focuses on protecting people and assets while delivering excellent customer service within a premium retail setting.

The role

This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly.

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
