Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is recruiting a Retail Security Officer for M&S, Bristol Longwell Green. The role focuses on maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment while protecting people and assets. You will be part of a premium team delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Salary is £14.90 per hour with guaranteed 40+ hours weekly. A strong UK work history (5 years) is required and extensive training is provided, including SIA licence renewal where applicable.

The role

You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience.
