Location: Ellesmere Port

Pay: £13.60 per hour

Hours: 42 hours per week: nights

Responsibilities

Job Description

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

  • Carry out regular foot patrols of the site to ensure safety and security
  • Create a trusted and respected presence to deter incidents and re-assure the public
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incidents including first aid situations, fire alarms, anti-social behaviour and thefts
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to visitors, retailers, contractors and client managers
  • Provide accurate information, support, and guidance to ensure safe and welcoming environment
  • Participate in regular emergency procedures training to maintain readiness
  • Communicate confidently with clients, team members, and members of the public

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • The right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history

  • Physical fitness due to the active nature of the role
  • Strong team player with a proactive and adaptable attitude
  • Willingness to undertake First Aid and CCTV training, if not already certified
