Job summary

M&S in the UK is seeking a confident Security Officer to protect and enhance the customer experience in a premium retail environment. You will work as part of a store team, delivering safety, professionalism and friendly service every day.

Whether supporting customers, assisting colleagues or responding to incidents, you will play an important role in shaping how people experience our stores. The role This is a customer-facing role within a premium retail environment where safety, professionalism and service must work together seamlessly. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while also contributing positively to the customer journey and wider store experience. This includes:
