About the Role:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Good level of concentration and coordinating
- Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities.
- Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life
- Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information, or reputational damage
- Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, eliminate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems.
- Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.
- Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.
- Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches.
- Maintain clear and legible records and logbook Adhere to health & safety at all times.
- Any other duties deemed necessary.

- Valid SIA licence
- Front of house experience
