Job summary

This role focuses on keeping people and premises safe, delivering exceptional customer service and working within a diverse team. You'll perform active patrols, thorough searches and detailed record-keeping, with flexible day, night and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Physically fit for patrolling.
• Flexible to work days, nights and weekends.
• Right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history.
• Strong communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to deter activity and keep people and property safe.
• Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches following company policies and procedures.
• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of security incidents and observations.
• Effective Communication: Coordinate with colleagues and authorities to report incidents.
• Exceptional Customer Service: Provide courteous service to employees, visitors, and guests.

You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:

• Active Patrols:Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone
• Thorough Searches:Conduct detailed searches, following our comprehensive company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep our restricted areas safe
• Detailed Record-Keeping:Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations
• Effective Communication:Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and various external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses to security issues
• Exceptional Customer Service:Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy
