The Security Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety of life, property, and premises while delivering general security services to clients, customers, and service users. Security Officers are expected to carry out their duties professionally and safely at all times.
The role involves completing assigned tasks and procedures, with the potential to initiate actions within defined parameters and under some supervision. It also requires developing a sound understanding of relevant areas of work or study. The position involves long periods of standing and walking.
An understanding of why Health & Safety is important.
Security Industry Authority (SIA) SG/DS Frontline Licence required.
Security Industry Authority (SIA) CCTV Licence desirable.
