Overview

Location: Christchurch, Hampshire, BH233RU | Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour

As a Night Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our security operations, ensuring the safety and smooth running of services during overnight hours. Working on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (18:00–06:00), you’ll take the lead in monitoring CCTV systems, coordinating incident responses, and managing our mobile security teams to deliver a professional and reliable service.

You’ll liaise with Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) and oversee Mobile Officers on the ground to ensure every response is timely, accurate, and compliant with legal and company standards. You’ll also be involved in reporting, rostering, welfare checks, and incident handovers to keep communication clear and operations seamless.

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role where vigilance, accountability, and quick decision-making are essential. The role includes funded SIA CCTV training, a structured rota, and opportunities for career progression within a growing security team. • Proficient in IT and familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, plus staff management software.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage shift activity, monitor site and vehicle tracking, and ensure incidents are recorded and escalated appropriately.
• Willingness to participate in funded training and development opportunities.
