SECURITY MANAGER, ONE HYDE PARK

39 hours, 5 days per week.

Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is renowned for managing luxurious hotels, resorts, and residences worldwide, blending Asian heritage with cutting-edge luxury service.

One Hyde Park, London's most iconic address designed by Richard Rogers, features 85 apartments and three boutiques, offering unparalleled luxury. Managed by Mandarin Oriental, it provides the same high standard of service to residents as to hotel guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Security department, fostering colleague development and engagement.
  • Investigate, document, and report incidents and accidents per local and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Security and FLHSS standards, including annual audits.
  • Maintain professional operation of CCTV and surveillance systems, including upgrades.
  • Chair the Risk Management Committee, coordinating with relevant colleagues across properties.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues and management.
Working Hours & Flexibility:

Primarily Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm, with flexibility for weekends and bank holidays as needed.

Candidate Profile:

Experience in luxury or high-spec residential/hotel security, with a focus on fire, life, health, safety procedures. Strong team management skills, relationship-building abilities, and dedication to service excellence are essential.
