Amazon Corporate Security is seeking a motivated security professional to join as Security Manager for Regional England and Wales. The Security Manager reports to a Regional Security Manager and oversees security operations across multiple sites, supporting the implementation of Amazon's security programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Delivering top-tier security services to ensure safety for employees, contractors, and visitors.
  2. Serving as a trusted security advisor with excellent communication skills.
  3. Managing daily security operations across diverse sites.
  4. Implementing security policies and responding to incidents.
  5. Monitoring external threats and coordinating security measures.
  6. Building relationships with internal teams and external partners.

A typical day involves:

  1. Overseeing guarding services and ensuring quality.
  2. Engaging with law enforcement and security partners.
  3. Conducting security assessments and audits.
  4. Leading security drills and readiness activities.
