Job Description:
You’ll be accountable for the holistic management of security, managing incidents, risk management, contractual compliance and any other security services that might be used (such as our SOCs, Threat Intelligence or Vulnerability Management services), all delivered with a pragmatic approach to contractual requirements.Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting responses to security incidents
- Ensuring governance and compliance with contractual security requirements
- Managing threats, vulnerabilities, and security risks
- Delivering engaging security awareness training
- Preparing clear and concise security and financial reports
- Overseeing the client’s Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Your skills and experience
We’re seeking someone who is passionate about cybersecurity and brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to delivering security services. You’ll ideally have:
- Experience leading security incident responses and conducting root cause analysis
- A strong understanding of cybersecurity and information assurance across people, processes, and technology
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences
- A relevant security qualification (or working towards one), such as CISM, CISSP, GSLC (GIAC), CCP (ISSM), ISO27001, or GIS
- Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001)
- We also value interpersonal skills such as empathy, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
