VSMs manage the Visa Europe Region and support the global team in achieving the group's mission. They ensure appropriate responses to security and safety incidents across facilities, following organizational policies and procedures.
The role requires extensive experience in relationship, project, and vendor management, along with a good technical understanding of security systems. VSMs will support planned works throughout the systems' lifecycle, supported by the Physical Security Technology Team (PSTT).
VSMs develop, review, and implement procedures and protocols, and take corrective actions when necessary. They provide guidance and direction to managers, supervisors, and team members, exercising judgment and initiative.
Travel may be required to sites within the Visa Europe Region and globally for security reviews, events, or projects. This is a hybrid role, with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager.
8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 2+ years with a PhD.
