An established industry player is seeking a Security Manager to oversee UK operations and ensure the safety of customers and assets. This leadership role involves implementing security strategies, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will have at least five years of experience in security management, a valid SIA licence, and strong leadership skills. We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join the Brinks UK BGS business as a Security Manager. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the security of our UK operations, ensuring the ongoing protection of our customers, colleagues, property, and assets.
This role is key to driving effective security and risk mitigation strategies, with a focus on implementing practical measures that strengthen safety and support operational continuity across the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will be based near Heathrow, and will require travel to other UK sites, as well as international travel upon occasion.
